Timeless beauty, tropical surroundings with the sounds of waterfalls, the smell of exotic flora, it feels like Bali. The exceptional service also make The Mirage one of the most beloved hotel and casino resort with its 3,044 rooms, an eight-story parking garage. It was built by developer Steve Wynn. It opened in November 1989 with an enormous construction cost of US$630 million. At that time The Mirage was the first casino to use security cameras full time on all table games. In the lobby, guests waiting to check in are entertained by the aquatic life in a 20,000-gallon saltwater aquarium behind the front desk.

Beautiful glass sculptures decorate the exclusive Baccarat Lounge and neighboring high limit lounge.

There are numerous restaurants, a beautifully landscaped pool area, a spa. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy VIP service and topless sunbathing at the secluded pool club ’Bare’.
